Booking:-

1. In general ‘Booking’ means that any person(s) primarily has choosen/ selected a particular Tour Package from several “package programmes” then read and understood all of the “Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policies” associated with the Tour Itself, and bring agreed with (that very Package or Tour Programme) at last paid an amount of money as “Tour cost” or “Package cost”.
2. Advance Booking means any one specific Package , dates of touring/travelling and Package tour of one place or package tour of some places put/ Combined together.
3. We follow some specific steps one by one regarding “Booking” Which are shown below.
4. Whatever “Tour Package” you select finally , at first for Advance booking you have to pay Rs. 500/- per person, this booking is considered as “Primary Booking”.
5. To register your “Primary Booking” to “Confirm Booking” you have to pay 50% of the “Package cost” inclusive of the Rs.500/- paid already. In case of “low Cost” Packages, for “confirm Booking” you have to pay minimum Rs.2000/- per person.
6. The balance amount of a particular “Package Cost” excluding the payment for “Confirm booking” already made, will be realized fully either on the first day of the tour or in bus or train or Vessel/ Boat
7. Discount or exemption , if any , will be adjusted at the time of full Payment
8. For stage wise “Booking” of any “Tour Package” a “Money Receipt” will be delivered to your end, each time any amount of money is received either in cash or by cheque or online transfer on our part.
9. “Final Bill” will be delivered on full payment.
10. After “ primary Booking” if “confirm Booking” is not done within the last(fifteen)to (seven) days before the date of journey, the “Primary Booking” will be treated as cancelled /void, and the amount of money whatsoever already paid for “Primary Booking” will not be refunded.
11. Your Purchase or booking does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase /Booking will be confirmed via email/ whatSapp Massage /SMS, within two or three business days. The cancellations will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase /Booking money without any additional charges. We recommend all customer read and  review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a “travel Insurance Policy.

What Can be Refunded:

1.The Tour Package may be  cancelled  or date(s) of tour changed due to lack of optimum participation . Therefore, an alternative date may be fixed for Which no extra charges will be required . This date will be communicated in advance.

Even if any tourist is unwilling to tour on that fixed date. The advance amount paid will be refunded to the effected tourists/ travellers and Rs.100/- deducted for the overhead charges.

2.If the tour is cancelled due to political disturbance strikes or any natural disasters, then the tour will be commenced on some other dates and Tour Management/Company will inform well in advance. If any group(s) or individuals(s) does not agree with this offer.

A  reasonable amount will be refunded after deducting non-refundable fixed overheads which is not more than 10% of the package cost.

What cannot be Refunded:

1. All hotels and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person (s) failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
2. No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveller (s) after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
3. Hotel extensions and instant Confirmation products ( admission tickets , city passes, car booking etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.

Terms & Condition

1. The tour operator/management will not be responsible for any Accident or Accidental Death or if any damage occurs in the tour period – passengers are requested to avail the touring facility at their own risks .
2. No compensation will be payable for minor changes like departure /arrival times or change of tour itinerary or menu chart and accommodation set up.
3. Itinerary may be changed/ altered or touring spots may be deleted due to exigency & unavoidable circumstances.
4. The Company /Tour Operator also has the right to refuse any person(s) of the tour, if in their opinion that  persons could endanger to Heath, Safety and Enjoyment of others during the tour period. In any of the causes mentioned above, the Tour Authority’s sole liability and the client’s sole remedy will be the most needed to get out of such untoward situation. In such circumstances a certain amount of money will be deducted as “ service charge “ which is not more than Rs. 200/- from  the total amount paid so far.

Child Policy:

0-4 years – No Charges( Free)

05-08 Years- 50% of total amount will be deducted

09-10 years -10% of total amount will be deducted

Cancellation Policy:

Refund will be process in the same mode within 7(seven) working days.

• Cancellation made before 30 days or more from the date of Journey 90% will be refund.
• Cancellation made before 20 days or more from the date of Journey 75% will be refund.
• Cancellation made before 10 days or more from the date of Journey 60% will be refund.
• Cancellation made before 7 days or more from the date of Journey 40% will be refund.
• Cancellation made before 6 days No REFUND.

• N.B.

1. The Percentage of refunded amount will be calculated in basis of “Total Package cost/price” money.
2. Please note that cancellation amount are calculated based on the date we received your  singed cancellation request and Tour starting date.
